These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Hotspot Fan Zone Campaign organized by Hotspot KSA. By submitting the official campaign form, you agree to the rules, eligibility requirements, prize scope, and responsibilities outlined below.
Organizer
This campaign is organized by Hotspot KSA, referred to in this document as Hotspot or the Organizer.
This campaign is not managed, sponsored, or endorsed by LinkedIn, FIFA, or any official sports organization. The campaign also follows LinkedIn's contest guidelines, which require participation to be free and not based on artificial engagement methods such as requesting comments or shares for the purpose of increasing reach.
Campaign Concept
The campaign gives participants the opportunity to nominate their companies for a chance to win a Final Night Fan Zone setup by Hotspot.
To participate, entrants must:
- Complete the official campaign form.
- Nominate their company.
- Predict the two teams that will qualify for the Final.
Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals connected to companies located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who have a role or influence in organizing events, including:
- Human Resources
- Event Management
- Marketing
- Internal Communication
- Corporate Communication
- Management
Hotspot reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participant and the company before confirming the prize.
Employees of Hotspot, its direct partners, and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
Participation Mechanism
Participation is accepted exclusively through the official form approved by Hotspot.
Participants are required to provide:
- Full name
- Professional email address
- Mobile number
- Company name
- Job title
- Participant's role in the nomination
- Prediction of the two teams qualifying for the Final
- Name of the most suitable person to coordinate with if the company is selected
Important: Comments, messages, or interactions on LinkedIn or any other platform are not considered official entries.
Campaign Period
The campaign begins on the date of its official announcement and ends before the kick-off of the first Semi-Final match, or on the date specified in the announcement or the official form.
Any entry submitted after the stated deadline will not be counted.
Selection of the Winning Company
The winning company will be selected according to the following steps:
- Incomplete or ineligible entries will be excluded.
- The eligibility of the company and participant will be verified.
- An authorized representative inside the company will be contacted.
- The final prize confirmation will be approved after the verification process is completed.
If Hotspot is unable to contact the nominee or confirm the company's eligibility within the specified timeframe, Hotspot reserves the right to select another eligible participant.
Main Prize
The prize is a Final Night Fan Zone setup for one company inside the city of Riyadh.
The prize includes:
- Screen or LED display setup
- Sound system
- Basic lighting
- Technical operation
- Guest experience coordination
- Basic branding, including event entrance gate, floor barriers, and entertainment games such as PlayStation consoles and a football table.
- Technical support during the event
- Photo booth
- Bean bag seating for 100 people
The final scope of the prize will be approved after coordination with the selected company.
Items Not Included in the Prize
The prize does not include the following unless agreed in writing:
- Venue rental or venue provision
- Hospitality, food, and beverages
- Permits and official approvals
- Security and crowd management
- Travel or transportation
- Execution outside the city
- External supplier services
- Special decorations or extended production outside the package scope
Replacing the Prize with Another Event
If the Fan Zone option is not suitable for the winning company, the company may request to replace it with another corporate event, subject to:
- Hotspot's final approval.
- Technical and operational feasibility.
- The event remaining within the approved package scope.
- The event falling within Hotspot's services.
- Execution within 60 days from the announcement of the selected company.
Possible alternative events include:
- Employee gathering
- Team celebration
- Internal launch
- Recognition event
- Employee engagement activity
- Internal company event
The prize cannot be:
- Split across more than one event.
- Exchanged for cash.
- Converted into credit or a future discount.
Nature of the Prize
The prize is an in-kind, non-cash prize and may not be:
- Exchanged for money.
- Transferred to another company.
- Used as credit or a discount on future services.
Hotspot reserves the right to amend the scope of the prize or reject any request that is technically, operationally, or legally unsuitable.
Responsibilities of the Selected Company
The winner must provide a responsible representative to coordinate with Hotspot and provide the required information, including:
- Execution location
- Expected number of attendees
- Execution date
- Internal requirements
- Required approvals
- Operational, security, or technical requirements
If the basic requirements cannot be provided, Hotspot reserves the right to amend the execution plan or select another eligible company.
Photography and Content Usage
Hotspot may photograph or film the event or setup for documentation and marketing purposes after agreeing with the selected company on the scope of image and content usage.
If the company has policies that prohibit photography, filming, or publishing, Hotspot must be informed before the execution is approved.
Privacy and Data Protection
The data submitted by participants will be used for the following purposes:
- Campaign management
- Eligibility verification
- Communication with participants
- Coordination of prize execution
- Communication regarding related services
Participant data will not be sold to any external party.
Amendments and Cancellation
Hotspot reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign, as well as amend these Terms and Conditions, when required for operational or legal reasons. Any material changes may be announced through the official channels when appropriate.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the form, the participant confirms that they:
- Have read these Terms and Conditions.
- Fully agree to them.
- Understand that official participation is only through the form.
- Understand that the prize is in-kind and non-cash.
- Agree that the prize is subject to eligibility verification and Hotspot's final approval.
